Will my company name, team name, personalization look good on your products?

Of course! All of our products are designed to order with the details you provide. Although I use a standard template to design each item, I adjust each individual order to make sure your little one's name is the star of show. Because name's vary in length, the exact size and placement of your personalization may vary from what's shown in my photos. 

Do you offer custom colors?

All font colors can be customized to suit your needs. If you're looking to coordinate with a specific item you picked for your event, send me a photo of it before you purchase and I'll see what I can do.

I looked at my order and realized I spelled my personalization wrong, please help!

If you notice an issue with the details for a custom order please email me at support@1stklassdesigns.com within 24 hours of purchase and I will do my best to make sure it gets corrected. I am not responsible for any misspellings that appear in the original order form unless notified within 24 hours of purchase that a correction needs to be made.

If you catch the mistake after 24 hours please still reach out to me. I may be able to change it or offer you a discounted price to redo the item.

When will my Item Ship

Single Items are shipped within 2-4 business days of your order being placed (Monday - Friday),  we ship via USPS first class, it can take  up to 5 days for delivery.

Company orders will be on a one on one basis based on your terms of sale.
